Synopsis "Body Love 4 All Global Zine: our journey to body love (in English)"
An anthology of writing and art on the theme of body image and self-love. Each of us experience the process of learning to love ourselves and our bodies differently, and from these self-love journeys come a huge range of stories, lessons, and emotions. This project, created by the nonprofit organization Body Love 4 All, takes those experiences and creates a place to share them with the world. This global zine is a compilation of different forms of art, bare emotions, brutally learned lessons, and triumphant expressions of self love. People from around the world submitted their stories and experiences, all the parts of their journey to body love. And that means all the parts... good, bad, easy, hard, history, future, present. All these combine to create each of our specific experiences with our bodies, our communities, and our journeys. Read this by yourself. Read it to your sister, your best friend, your mom. Read it and know that you're not alone. Wherever you are in your journey to body love - you are loved, you are worthy, and you are enough.
