He was supposed to relax. He was home. He finally had Celeste home. No matter what he did, relaxation was always out of reach. His body was tense with need only Celeste could fulfill. His mood darkened as the information began to lead him to Celeste. He didn't want to believe Celeste could be playing him, but her information was saying she was. As each person he crossed off, the more he realized he may not be enough to protect her. When their location became compromised, Joel had to think about Celeste and not his bloodlust. She was sick and pregnant. It was his fault because she was the only way he could find peace.
