Synopsis "Bio-Anbau von Brokkoli für nachhaltige Ernährungssicherung (in German)"

Die Forschungsuntersuchung mit dem Titel "Studies on inter-cropping and crop geometry in organic production of broccoli(Brassica oleracea var. italica)" wurde in den Jahren 2012-13 und 2013-14 auf der Forschungsfarm und im Labor der Abteilung für Gemüsewissenschaft, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, durchgeführt. Aus der vorliegenden Untersuchung geht hervor, dass die Anwendung von Vermi-Kompost in einem Abstand von 45 x 45 cm bei der Einzelkultur von Brokkoli (M2S1C1) einen höheren Gesamtertrag (303,9 q/ha) ergab. Der höchste Gesamtertrag an Grün- und Wurzelgemüse wurde bei der Anwendung von Vermi-Kompost bei gepaarten Reihenabständen und Rettich als Zwischenfrucht zu Brokkoli verzeichnet.
