Die Ziele des Studiums des Faches "Informationssysteme im Verlagswesen" sind - die Ausbildung der theoretischen Kenntnisse der Studenten über moderne Informationstechnologien, Modelle, Methoden und Mittel zur Lösung funktioneller Aufgaben und zur Organisation von Informationsprozessen, das Studium der organisatorischen, funktionellen und physischen Struktur grundlegender Informationstechnologien und grundlegender Informationsprozesse, die Betrachtung der Perspektiven für den Einsatz der Informationstechnologie beim Übergang zur Informationsgesellschaft. Private Ziele sind die Vermittlung praktischer Fertigkeiten der Arbeit am Personalcomputer unter Nutzung moderner Informationstechnologien zur rechnergestützten Verarbeitung von Text-, Grafik- und Multimediainformationen und deren anschlie ende Nutzung im Verlagswesen. Die Hauptaufgabe des Studiums der Disziplin ist die Beherrschung der Methoden: - Untersuchung der organisatorischen, funktionellen und physischen Struktur von Informationssystemen und Informationstechnologien, grundlegende Informationsprozesse in modernen Informationssystemen, die im Verlagswesen eingesetzt werden.
