Williams Sr. is the founder and Pastor of the True Love Apostolic Faith Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. Before assuming this position, Dr. Williams was a member of the United States Army. Upon retirement from military service, he worked as a counselor within Lawton Public School System. He has endeavored to use his life as a tool in ministering to people of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities. Dr. Williams has received his Doctorate degree in Ministry (DMN) from American Christian Seminary. Currently, Dr. Williams also serves as a professor with the True Love Bible Institute (an extension of the Aenon Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana). With all these accomplishments, Dr. Williams has not failed to remain a devoted husband and father. For forty-two years, Dr. Williams has been married to Treddie Jean Williams. He has six children, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and sixteen grandchildren. Also, Dr. Williams has fathered numerous individuals in the Gospel.
