Synopsis ""ATR" Road Traffic Accident (in German)"

Um die Häufigkeit und die Behandlung von Schlüsselbeinfrakturen im Krankenhaus von Kananga zu ermitteln, wurde eine retrospektive Studie von 11 Fällen in den chirurgischen Abteilungen der folgenden Einrichtungen durchgeführt: Bon Berger Hospital in Tshikaji, Provinzkrankenhaus von Kananga und Jukayi Hospital Center für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2019 bis zum 31.12.2022.Aus dieser Studie ergeben sich folgende Beobachtungen: - die Krankenhaushäufigkeit der Schlüsselbeinfraktur liegt bei 8,9 %;- Diese Fraktur hat einen Jahresdurchschnitt von 2,7 Fällen/Jahr;- Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 27,7 Jahre und das Durchschnittsalter 22 Jahre;- Die geschlossene Fraktur ist die am häufigsten vorkommende Fraktur;- Am häufigsten wurde eine orthopädische Behandlung durchgeführt.Schlie lich ist es wichtig, dass die Bevölkerung des Kasainne-Zentrums einen Geist der Vorbeugung entwickelt und die Verkehrsteilnehmer jede Form der Ablenkung vermeiden, um die Gefahr, die von dieser Fraktur ausgeht, zu bannen.
