Artificial neural networks are one of the topics of artificial intelligence. These networks are a data processing system that takes ideas from the human brain and entrusts data processing to many processors that act in a network connected and parallel to each other to solve a problem. Artificial neural networks are used in forecasting and modeling complex construction management problems with neuron models and diverse network architectures. The new attitude about the function of the brain was the result of the thoughts that were formed in the early 20th century by Ramon Segal.
