Anito Reverbero was raised by his grandmother in a house full of farm chickens. These birds are their only way to survive the famine that plagues the remote island they inhabit. Tired of dealing with the darkness and filth that surrounds him; Anito Reverbero decides to leave one morning in search of new horizons. During that unexpected trip he discovers that life far from his family can become cruel and threatening, when he has to face some truly fearsome creatures: the macabre chickens.
