In Anbetracht der gesundheitlichen Gefahren, die durch den wahllosen Einsatz von chemischen Düngemitteln und Pestiziden entstehen, der extrem schwierigen Situation bei der Bewirtschaftung von Land und Wasser und der negativen Einflüsse der klimatischen Bedingungen (starke Regenfälle, Luftverschmutzung, Wasserverschmutzung, Bodenverschmutzung, starke Sonneneinstrahlung) auf die Qualität und Quantität der landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse. Wir haben geplant, Spinat hydroponisch anzubauen. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, die phytochemischen Bestandteile von geoponisch und hydroponisch angebautem Spinat zu vergleichen und die antioxidative Aktivität auf der Grundlage des Gehalts an Phenolen und Flavonoiden zu untersuchen sowie zu prüfen, inwieweit der hydroponische Anbau das Vorhandensein von Metallen beeinflusst, indem eine Metallanalyse mittels induktiv gekoppeltem Plasma/optischer Emissionsspektrometrie durchgeführt wird.
