Synopsis "Analysis of the energy efficiency of building systems (in English)"
This paper investigates the application of energy-efficient technologies in the engineering systems of buildings. The object of the study is engineering systems of buildings, which at the moment can solve the current situation with the problem of ecology. The types of devices, such as solar collectors, heat pumps, automated individual heating point with which you can achieve rational use of natural resources. The state of the housing sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan to date is described. Foreign experience of application of energy efficient technologies is taken into account, as well as regulations, standards governing their use. And also, there are studies to assess the energy efficiency of engineering systems. Describes the main role of the certificate ALDREN-EPC, which is to determine the intellectual readiness index of the building SRI and procedures for its evaluation. A tool for improving SRI performance is recommended. EPBD ecosystem requirements and perspectives are outlined. Proposed ways to reduce heat consumption on the example of a residential building. Energy efficiency of engineering systems is justified, the example of energy audit of the existing facility is given.
