Introduction to the World of Work Synopsis We have subdivided the modules into personal and business since this seems a logical approach. Educationalists suggest an inductive approach to education is the best one where we go from the experience of the students to the underlying principles and therefore we have put in the personal modules first. It is therefore worthwhile trying to build up a portfolio of ways in which businesses have these approaches and to see which ones are effective and why, also which ones are totally misplaced.
