Synopsis "American Cop: The Forced Enforcement of the Legal System (in English)"
Tim philosophically examines how the American legal system is covertly designed by politicians, enforced by the American cop, and then upheld by the courts, all to minimize the inconveniences of the government being limited by the Constitution. The American cop must be our first line of defense, as it relates to our rights. This is not the case, however. As the powers of American government are originally designed to be separate, the silent encroachments of the American legal system has made every effort to blend all three branches of government into one centralized power, through law enforcement. This then allows special interests to make law. This allows one branch of government to dictate the workings of the other branches, through law, court order and/or by force. In essence, the legal system has become a tyrant. This book is not an appeal to modern conservatives or liberals, but to those Americans who hold a strong affinity to individual liberty, their natural rights and especially to their property rights.
