Twenty years had passed since an unknown terrorist outfit permanently disabled the Hoover Dam. Now, most of the southwest was slowly returning to desert. In the Vegas Valley, not counting the massive prison, there was still one strong tribe managing to survive in the Spring Mountain Range to the west of what was known as the city of Las Vegas. Their fathers were long time members of what was known as the Worm Club. Now most of those members had passed and a new generation filled the void. The surviving Worms called them the Brat Pack. Now the Brat Pack was in their late teens and wanted to explore the world but just a little for their first trip. They were into computers and one of their members had detected a low frequency signal from the center of Groom Lake. Chasing down that signal changed everyone's life.
