Er analysiert, wie Scrum mit Risiken umgeht und welche Verbesserungspotenziale innerhalb des Risikomanagements existieren. Darüber hinaus entwickelt der Autor eine Methode, die dazu beiträgt, den richtigen Risikomanagementansatz als Ergänzung zu Scrum auszuwählen.
