Synopsis "After Dark: The Into Darkness Trilogy: Part II (in English)"

Years prior to his death, Ridley Pearce had a dream: to bring the cosmos to the public. In 2020, he commissions the construction of AnchorPoint, a space station designed to ferry citizens, workers and holidaymakers through the stars. By 2035, his vision is complete, and he launches his creation alongside the Ornithus on its Exodus mission. Following the events of Midnight, technician Veronica is brought up to AnchorPoint when it appears in the skies of GG-1791. But what at first appears to be a functioning, carefree environment soon dissolves into chaos, as Veronica unravels a complicated web of corporate deceit and greed. Hounded by the forces that rescued her, Veronica finds herself on the run in a race against time to escape the hellish station. But an already terrible situation is revealed to be even worse, when Veronica learns that she is not the only alien visitor to be brought aboard, and a day on the station becomes a desperate struggle for survival.
