The keystone of this enterprise is the fact that Africans have remained citizens of "countries on the way" to democratization, development, industrialization and emergence. We must therefore ask ourselves why Africa, heir to brilliant civilizations, with enormous economic and ecological potential and a large population, remains voiceless and powerless in the contemporary world.
