Adira was so happy, full of life, and so optimistic about her security, comfort and future but suddenly, without any signs or warnings, sickness and shame came into her home and the axis of her beautiful world shifted irreversibly. Everything she had once known came to an abrupt end, everything precious to her was snatched from her life and she couldn't do anything about it. She was devastated emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and in depression. She was all alone, all by herself and if she wanted to live, the only person who was going to save her was herself. But how? All she could do now was to get herself into a "coping mode" to try and survive. Who would come to her rescue from this dire situation. By this time, not only was she in so much pain and grief by her condition, but again, it became more apparent that her life was in grave danger and about to end for good. By this time, she was slowly dying and time was of the essence but her time was fast running out...
