Synopsis "A Boy in King Richard's Court (in English)"

Many, many years ago, in a far away land-a land void of sin; a generous King and a kind Queen ruled over a peaceful land. Serendipity was a tiny kingdom, just west of the Mountains of Madness, where water flowed slowly down the hills, and the trees whispered sweet mellow sounds whenever the wind blew through them. The climate was just right for man, beast, and plant alike. However, a Serpent lived in Serendipity too. He could not watch the King and Queen, sing, dance, and be merry. The Serpent was bored in Serendipity. In such a place there was not much for him to do. The Serpent had tried all of his evil tricks, but could not corrupt the King's soul. He had tried to corrupt King Richard's father long ago, but without success. Now he wanted to devote himself to King Richard's soul. He could only enslave the King's soul for eternity only if the King commits the ultimate sin: murder!
