Synopsis "A Book about Nobody: Can Crazy be Normal (in English)"

There's a fine line between "normal" and "crazy". Most of us try our best to seem "normal" to the outside world. Why? So that we'll be accepted. But in my experience it's the ones who choose to defy the norms, and challenge the status quo, who end up leaving a footprint of their lives on the world. In this book I will show myself. Share embarrassing and vulnerable moments, thoughts, and actions. Demonstrating there is very little difference between normal and crazy... as to be human is to be crazy and normal. There is nothing to be embarrassed about.I find that those who are preoccupied with presenting a façade of "normality" to the world, who are trapped in a cycle of constant comparison to others, are the very ones who are fraught with health issues -- both physical and mental.Wouldn't it be so much better and healthier if we could share what we see as crazy thoughts, and be accepted by everyone we shared them with, without receiving judgement? Wouldn't it be a relief to be accepted fully for all our thoughts? Life could be so much more freeing and relaxing. We are not solely who we are by our own choice. There are many factors that contribute to who we are. We need to find out what works best for ourselves, whether others see it as crazy or not. The only limitation I put on this is if your thoughts cross over into hurting others or yourself, it would be best to seek professional help.I devoted a chapter about the Holocaust. It has been a formidable force in my life, although none of my direct family was involved. I felt it was my duty to keep the horror of the Holocaust alive so that people would not forget that there needs to be a voice throughout the world when an injustice is being acted out. When one person hurts another. It is also our duty to take it upon ourselves to seek help when we feel hate festering inside us. Is it abnormal for a human to hate? No... but intend to do something constructive to work through it. Hopefully my book will give you the courage to accept your own craziness, remove some of the fear of sharing it with others, let go of those ingrained limitations placed on you by society's expectations - and be true to, and love yourself at the end of it all.
