Luigi Hugues was an accomplished geographer. However he was quite a substantial amateur musician, and composed a few works that are of note. His Op 101 flute exercises are wonderful and flowing, showing virtuosity and flexibility. This is a reprint of the original authoritative edition edited by Alberto Veggetti F. Bongiovanni, plate F. 988 B printed in Bologna. As with all Edition Fleury publications, blank staff and note paper is in the rear to facilitate teacher and artist annotations. First Edition 2014
